Limited afternoon appointments
$250 includes a 15-minute session, a photographer-selected gallery of 5 to 10 edited digital images, and personal print rights.
Your finished images will be delivered within 7 to 10 days, no later than December 9.
A little holiday tradition, without a big production
These sessions are designed for families, couples, and anyone looking for updated photographs with their favorite people.
You do not need perfectly coordinated outfits or children who sit still on command. I will help guide you, keep things moving, and look for the connection that makes your photographs meaningful.
Each appointment is intended for one household. Please contact me before booking an extended-family group so we can make sure the session format is a good fit.
What to expect
Choose your appointment, complete the agreement, and submit payment through the booking page.
Before your session, you will receive preparation information and directions. Please arrive about 10 minutes early so you are ready when your photography time begins.
Afterward, I will select and edit your finished images and deliver them through an online gallery.
Frequently asked questions
Can we bring our dog?
Yes! Dogs are welcome at Highfield Farms Christmas Trees. They must remain leashed, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Please let me know during booking that your dog will be joining us.
What should we wear?
Start with clothing that feels comfortable and looks like you. Coordinating colors work beautifully without everyone needing to match. Dress for the temperature, and choose footwear suitable for an outdoor farm setting.
How many photographs are included?
Your session includes a photographer-selected gallery of 5 to 10 edited digital images. The final selection will reflect the variety and strongest moments from your session.
Can we print our photographs?
Yes. Personal print rights are included, so you can use your downloaded images for personal prints and holiday cards.
When will our images be ready?
Within 7 to 10 days of your session, no later than December 9. Please check your chosen printer’s ordering and shipping deadlines separately.
What happens if we arrive late?
Appointments run consecutively. A late arrival will reduce your available photography time because your session must still end at its scheduled time.
What happens if the weather does not cooperate?

If conditions are unsuitable for photography, I will contact you directly with the next steps. We will discuss available rescheduling options. If I need to cancel and we cannot arrange a workable replacement, your session payment will be refunded.
